Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave advice for first time bike owner but weren’t pushy about what I should get. Actually would recommend gear then walk away to let me try on and make decisions for what I found comfortable. I appreciate that kind of service. Didn’t try to sell me anything just answering questions I had. And they asked questions about what bike I had how where and when I plan to ride to help with selection of gear.

Often out of stock of items or I have bought batteries from them that were dead on more than one occasion. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful
Edited: I have gone back a few times since it’s on my way home for different things and their staff has been really helpful so I updated this based on those experiences.

I recently bought some ASTARS padding from Cycle Gear, and I have to say I’m really impressed. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable, especially one guy who shared his own experience with a crash he had. He rides a ZX-10R and explained how important good padding is for protection. His insights were really valuable and helped me understand what to look for in good protective gear.
The padding itself fits perfectly and feels really comfortable, even on longer rides. The guy recommended exactly what I needed, and I couldn’t be happier with his suggestion. The whole shopping experience was great, and I appreciate the wide range of products they have in stock. I’ll definitely be coming back to Cycle Gear for more gear in the future!

I was looking for gerbing heated clothes but you dont carry them. All the employees that I talked to were great. No issues with their knowledge and service. I would have given a 5 if you had what I needed.
