Hey cvs your staff at the pharmacy sucks so bad it’s actually laughable! Was told my prescription was not covered really?! Wow switched over to rite aide hmm was covered ? u r scammers at best !

I needed assistance with some confusion over my prescription and instead of being helpful, the pharmacy staff became aggressive with one telling me to shut up so he could talk. No patience or empathy whatsoever

Sometimes, it's hard to find something if you are looking for a specific brand, so you might need to grab an off brand item. Other than that, they have most of the items you might need for a quick trip if you forgot something you need.

Store sucks ugh,customer service horrible front of store ,if I can just use self checkout I do just to avoid a cashier, have such attitudes quit ur job if u hate it ,and the prices are double if not triple for food and drink items ugh

Pharmacy staff was patient and effective and looked for ways to save me money. Altogether a positive experience. Highly recommend.Made an appointment here after another CVS cancelled my vaccinations appointments with no notice. Difference between this pharmacy and the first was night and day.

I was helped by a lady named karen the other day and she was very rude to me and an older gentleman that she helped before me. She kept helping everyone and kept ignoring the fact that I was waiting on her to help me too. Also looked like she hated her job. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on customers. I will not be returning to this cvs because Karen was acting like a Karen.

Impossible to get anyone from the pharmacy on the phone,they deserve zero stars , after the menu talks you around in circles, they suggest downloading the app. What a waste of time

I'm older than dirt (82), and have used this pharmacy since the store opened. I both walk in or use the drive up service. I'm asked if I have any questions, or had new meds explained to me. Despite the frequent phone calls, customers at the drive-in and walk-ins, they stay cool, professional and polite. I always say they're like air traffic controllers! I give them a 10!
