I just want to share my gratitude towards the pharmacy team at this location. I've been trying to get my son's medication filled with great difficulty the past week, and he has been with the meds. Today, two pharmaceutical staff members worked to get me what I needed at a time when they were clearly very busy. They were sympathetic and helpful and went beyond what many staff members would do to help out our family. I love this location because everyone here is always very kind and friendly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your efforts and kindness today.

I have been to this Minute Clinic's location numerous times over the past several months (I have a toddler and we keep catching colds!). This most recent time I was seen by Marianne (who was training) and Breanna. They were great, and treated me like I was their first patient of the day (even though it was 7:30pm). Both were very pleasant and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I made the mistake of going to a different CVS minute clinic prior to this and my experience was not the same. I can also recall meeting with 2 different Jen's during past appointments at this location and both being very friendly and professional. Needless to say, I will for sure be going to this location for any minute clinic needs! Pharmacy staff is ALWAYS great too!

When I couldn't get a walk-in flu shot in Olmsted Falls, I called here. There was an obvious climate difference between the 2 locations. The North Olmsted CVS pharmacy was accommodating and very friendly! I'm considering getting my prescriptions moved here. So worth the 8-9 minute drive from Olmsted Falls. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I highly recommend!
