Crystal the shuttle driver was super kind, and gave us a ride to grab food late at night. Excellent stay.

Stayed here for a business trip. Staff was courteous and helpful. Great visit.The fitness center is small, but sufficient. Hottub was nice.

This is NOT a great Courtyard, or Marriott location in general. It's not dirty, but it doesn't feel like everything is there either. And the desk / bistro staff are all over the place from pleasant to downright unhelpful. I'll give a different Marriott a shot next time I'm in Cleveland.
