I called ahead for products and they were at front counter waiting for me to pick up! Then I remembered another product I ran out of that wasn't available! So sales associate checked another Cosmo Prof along my way and it was so onto that store I went! Awesome team work!

The staff is terrible. They never help they’re bitter old ladies who follow you around the store but never ask if you need help. You can tell they’re watching you. I’ve come in multiple times and only got asked once for help my very first time. I asked if they had one extra color tube I was looking for and she didn’t even try to look in the back or see what brand I had to say yes or no.They’re not friendly at all or seem like they want to be there. I asked for help on color and she barely said anything helpful “um yeah. I guess so mhmm” or head nods. Please get better staff I’ll never return to this location ever and I will be calling corporate for the multiple times I’ve gone and received terrible service.

Always disappointed when I come to this Cosmoprof. They never have what I need and the workers are always rude and unhelpful. I asked if they had a product both the ladies working shook their heads without a responses and didn’t offer any help or knowledge when the product would be available.

Perfect place for cosmetic and massage professionals to obtain raw service materials such as hair color, nail lacquer, shears, lotions, and wax beads and much more. Usually has great deals for these professionals no matter which location you choose.
