My partner came in to buy a Satisfyer. The Satisfyer at here was $100, when the exact one was online in multiple places for <$50… the literal Satisfyer website, Adam and Eve, and Amazon. I would understand if they wouldn’t price match a big discount store, but really? The literal brand website? And at a bizarrely high $50 (x2!!!) markup too. They conveniently only price matched Lover’s Lane which didn’t have the exact model to match.Additionally, my partner, who is not one to start conflict or raise their voice at anyone, was yelled at over and over by the employee “WE ONLY MATCH LOVER’S LANE!!” So I called them, wondering if maybe they could explain what’s going on, and it was the same really rude and unhelpful tone (I’m not kidding, almost yelling) from the second I got on the call and calmly asked why. I almost couldn’t believe it. Every other adult store we’ve been to, they calmly explain things. We hesitantly bought the item but we will not be returning. $50 markup and a staff member who sounded like the world’s most condescending witch :(((

I would not recommend this store. Staff is not helpful and is misleading. Very poor return policy even though my item was damaged they would not return. I bought my friend candy for her bachelorette party and it was tampered with but the store attendant dismissed me before I could explain. 0/10.

I always spend money here...sigh. I love the great selection of hosiery and dance wear. And pastease nipple covers!! Great customer service from every employee I've ever encountered here. Will continue to shop here as i have for years!

Very impressed with this place! I bought an item that ended up malfunctioning, so I came in and exchanged it for a different one of the same item, and ended up having the same problem with it! I went back in, explained to the manager (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) what was going on, and she was VERY helpful! The return itself was totally painless, and she helped me pick out something new that I really like! She was professional and helpful, as was the girl who processed the first return! I'm not super crazy about Cirilla's as a chain, but this store is great.

Some of their lingerie is tacky but some of it is really cute. I come here from the time to time and usually by something the majority of the time. If you go with your friends you will laugh a lot.
