We’ve been attending Childtime since the fall of 2023 and the care my daughter receives at is great! I have no doubts that she is learning and participating in educational activities each and every day as well as enhancing her social skills by playing with her peers. I especially love the SproutAbout app which has live cameras in the classroom so I can check in on her whenever I’d like to.

This is my third year being part of the Childtime community. I have sent both my older daughter and now younger daughter (since she was 6 weeks old) to the North Olmsted location. Over the years, communication has been exceptional with both administration and with the classroom teachers - especially when my older daughter had dietary restrictions-they worked with me. I have not felt like I am “out of the loop,” and when I had a scheduled or impromptu conversation, they always took the time to address my concerns and about my children's development, validating my concerns, expectations, and coming up with a plan when necessary. There is so much care, concern, and love that the teachers provide to their students; you can truly tell that there is good communication and teamwork amongst the staff as well. Activities that the children are exposed to have been awesome. It helps that information about my children’s day is provided via their user-friendly app; it’s always special and reassuring to see how they are doing throughout the day. Special days (or activities being offered), lesson plans and food that is being served is also always available to view when in the building. I’ve been very happy with my experiences over the years at Childtime and would highly recommend this location to others looking for a daycare that will care about their child(ren) as their own and help them flourish as the unique individual they are.

Took awful care of me as a kid and let me get bullied 24/7 while the teachers just said that “they want to be my friends.” Then my nephew went there as a child as well and they would yell at him ruthlessly. Awful service. And the teachers always pick favorites.

Exceptional facility with caring staff members who go above and beyond and truly love their jobs. One of the BEST benefits is the live updates and access to the camera on the SproutAbout app so you can check in on your child from anywhere! Childtime has been amazing for our child’s socialization and growing developments. Would recommend this daycare if you are looking for child care.

Best school in North Olmsted! I picked childtime after meeting Danielle..she is so knowledgable, smart and welcoming. School is beyond clean and secure. Jaxson LOVES it there and never wants to leave. His teacher Susu is his number one teacher and friend to this day. Thank you so much for loving your students and for making sure they have a memorable experience! Lynette has helped us get comfortable also..and so did the rest of the teachers! We appreciate you all! Special thank you to Miss Krystal, she goes above and beyond for all her students! You are one of a kind and because of you Jaxson is thriving in kindergarten!

Great environment for children! My daughter attended here for a couple of years and still talks about how great the classroom and teachers are, the fun events that they host and she misses her friends that she made here.

My son, whom is African American, was enrolled at Child Time North Olmsted, for a few months and I was treated very unfairly and unprofessionally every single time by the director Danielle Tonsetic and the assistant director, Lynette Ruiz at drop offs and pick ups. They are extremely racist! I would not suggest brining your child to this location.

Our child was supposed to start August 30th, but when we tried to drop off final paperwork today, the place was completely closed. We didn't receive any notice from ChildTime that they were temporarily closed. When we tried to call both the North Olmsted location and the corporate office, we got no response. The corporate location actually hung up on us. We still don't know why this location is temporarily closed or when they plan to reopen. They never informed us that they would not be able to honor our start date and now we are scrambling to find cover for our child. Really frustrating experience.

Wonderful place, wonderful staff, great environment! But if you have a mini Houdini who tries to escape every chance they get then this is not the place for your child. It did not take much effort for him to sneak out. He lasted a short 3 weeks because he needed preschool that had a bit more security. We wouldve loved to keep hom there but it was just a risk to his safety.
