He is transparent (live streaming of bid/ask prices and sharing analyses from devices like TMO XRF and Sigma Metalytics), knowledgeable, informative, responsive, and fair. Simply put - Carat Coin is the best dealer in NEO. I enjoyed my transactions at Carat Coin. I also benefited from learning from him.

I called to get some pricing on a coin and I told him out of a few morgans I purchased spendi.g good money trusting what their "grading " is some of them I was over charged on and that is why I hadn't been back and a prior review I had left .with him saying I was touching some stuff that they were having a "deal" so now I've been called a liar and been accused of touching somebody's other stuff aka a thief. And they have the nerve to hang upon me that I'm not welcome. If anyone buys anything please make sure you bring a jewelers loop and check what you are buying.these employees are rude and it's been made very clear that the customer is not right. And so this is clear it's not the owner it's his employees

Easily the best and most honest coin/bullion shop on the West Side. Maroon and Josh are very friendly, knowledgeable and treat everyone fairly.
