“I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. The team was super friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. I was honestly really impressed with how quickly they got everything done—the turnaround time was much faster than I expected.
What really stood out to me was the paintwork. My car has a pretty unique color/shimmer, and they matched it perfectly. I couldn’t believe how seamless it looked—it honestly looked just like the original paint. They clearly take a lot of pride in getting the details right.
I was also out of the country for three weeks, and they had to hold onto my car for over a week and a half. They stored it securely at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. And when I came to pick it up, not only had they washed the exterior, but I also noticed they cleaned up the inside of the car too—a really thoughtful touch.
All in all, I’m really happy with the work they did and how they treated me throughout the process. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for quality repairs and a team that goes the extra mile.”

Caliber and Courtney made it as simple as possible to get everything fixed even when they realized the damage was more significant than they originally thought. They kept us updated through the whole process and even offered to fix a section that the person's insurance company refused to fix without charge to us. No one wants to deal with this kind of car repair, but if you need to, this is absolutely the place you want to be! I've recommended to multiple friends and family!”

“Process is very easy on the web. Hard to get anyone on the phone on the National line, but the web process is straight forward. Work was done as expected. New windshield looks great! Front desk staff is very friendly and answers all questions.”
“My 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV vehicle was struck in a parking lot, so Nationwide had a company tow my car here for repairs.
Because I have the matte finish, the process was particularly complicated. Additionally, the accident required an alignment and repair/replacements of the front bumper & grille, fender, wheels, front suspension, front door, and diagnostics.
What I appreciated most was Chuck and/or Lorie communicated every step of this repair with texts and calls on repair updates. I think most of us understand that things feel off when we're not in our own vehicles and these folks helped minimze that for me.
The repairs came out wonderfully and I was happy to put smiling faces to names. Chuck walked me out to my vehicle though they were close to closing and had a nice conversation with me. Thank you Chuck, Lorie, and the entire team!”
