Have to give it to them, they were honest and did exactly what they said and honored the quote. The paint job they did on my fender made me realize I need some more work on the rest of my car. Luckily, I now have a reliable body shop to go to once I'm ready again. Great paint job, good fitment, and professional. BMW fender repair and paint.

Recently helped us out with a claim that involved non-traditional electrical work and they went to bat for us with the insurance company. Hopefully we don’t need to use their services again, but if we did they’d be our first call.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with BTA services. They were supposed to repair my vehicle after I hit a very large piece of a semi-truck tire on the turnpike. I was told it was ready to pick up and upon arrival was informed the check engine light was on but they didn’t know why because the diagnostic test showed nothing was wrong. This is NOT acceptable and NOT ready for pick up! Upon pick up I discovered a total of 6 things not fixed correctly on my vehicle. 1. The check engine light is on. 2. The automatic start/stop problem light is on and it doesn’t shut off the engine at a red light like it’s supposed to. 3. The bumper was replaced and the headlights don’t line up with the bumper correctly. 4. The remote start doesn’t work. 5. The horn doesn’t work. 6. The fancy LED lights under the headlight fixtures do not work.This is the first accident I’ve ever had and each of these things worked fine prior to the accident. So I’ve taken my vehicle to a different repair shop to correctly repair my vehicle. Extremely disappointed in BTA.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I dented the front end and the bumper on my 2022 Ram 1500 and needed a bodyshop near my home. The insurance company recommended a major car dealer miles from my home. I selected BTA instead. What a great operation. From start to finish they did a beautiful job. The vehicle was completed when promised, and everything is as good as new. They detailed it before handing it back and and even explained the whole process before starting on the vehicle. They handled the paperwork with the insurance and required me to do nothing. I couldn't have found a better place. Just beautiful work, very pleased.

Used them once for an out of pocket and once for an insurance claim. They were great to work with and left my vehicle in better shape than it was prior to the damage. Everything was cleaned up and my wife’s hair that has been embedded in the carpet for years. Highly recommendService: Body & Trim

TRUE LIFE SAVERS!!!My daughter and I were out of town in Ohio visiting for a quick baseball game. We had an unfortunate minor accident rendering my jeep a little broken and not road worthy for the 3 hr drive home the next day.I quickly googled and called the closest jeep dealer I could find and they sent me to BTA Collision.And how lucky was I that they did!!!Randy… with a FULL shop of vehicles mind you…took my call and made time for a quick fix to get me back on the road safely. In less than 24 hrs my jeep was fixed, washed and shinny perfect just like nothing ever happened.Professional, kind, fast, quality service that I am ever so grateful for…. I purchased a new Jeep in the fall and was devastated when an employee at a store had lost control of a shopping cart, which left a dent, red paint, and scratches in my door. BTA took AMAZING care of my vehicle and went above and beyond my expectations. They are friendly and prompt-- I dropped my car off on a Tuesday evening, and they said it may take until the following Monday... I had it back THURSDAY, less than 2 days later! They even took the time to wash my car and clean the interior, which I have never seen an auto shop take it upon themselves to do! Talk about taking incredible care of your customers. My car looks good as new, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much to Randy and Gary at BTA for taking amazing care of my car.
