Cancelled an order within 1/2 hr. and they would not cancel it. Product arrived UPS and returned to store. Company will not give credit for up to two weeks. Corporate is awful and claims to not have the phone numbers of the stores. I am not able to purchase anything from Verizon because Best Buy is holding my account hostage. If I do not get help soon, I am going to see a lawyer.

After I interrupted the group of male employees standing around on their phones, a man sauntered over to he speakers section to tell me to go home and shop online. He didn’t look up from his phone once. If this ‘store’ wants customers to shop online, why have a store? Why don’t they have computers to order from in store? Because I saw a few computers on display. In m attempt to get someone to look at me, the customer (instead of only looking at their phones), I exited the store flicking price displays off the shelves. Even if they wouldn’t make eye contact, at least I could get them off their phones. You want your customers to take you seriously, then you need to treat your customers with more respect and actual care.

Very, very disappointed. Was looking to purchase a boost mobile phone and there were four employees standing by the entrance not paying attention to customers. I had questions about service and how boost worked. Wish I could rate lower.

Best buy was my favorite store for the better part of 3 decades however they have since lost their allure and are not being competitive or offering enough merchandise to bring people in. I probably walk in one maybe once a year and usually walk out empty handed. Microcenter just blows Best buy out of the water on pricing, selection and overall experience. Best buy needs to turn around or face the fate Circuit City did.
