I forget the name of the female that helped me out but she was Amazing. I walked in thinking I wouldn’t have to come back for the repair but to my surprise she repaired it within minutes. She told me to look around and came back with the repair chain. We had great conversation and she’s also a Virgo like me even suggested a great place for Chinese food right down the street from my house, do not hesitate to stop into this place for not only great customer service and some pretty cool pieces as well.

Fast friendly service, everyone seemed happy to see me even though I'm a stranger.I had two watches repaired, my Seiko needed a new Chrystal and one of my Citizens needed a battery.They were both taken care of at a reasonable price and included original parts where possible.I will trust them with my watch repair needs from here on out.
