I had bought all my appliances at Sheely’s. In ten months my refrigerator stopped working. A repairman from Sheely’s came out. He couldn’t find the problem. He even called Frigidaire, and they told him to replace a part. It still didn’t work. After several hours he left and came back the next day. Still couldn’t find the problem. Now the ice maker stopped working. He came back the next day and brought back up with him. Neither one could find the problem. I finally went to the store and spoke with the manager of appliances and explained the problem. He spoke with the manager of repairs—in less than five minutes I was placing an order for a new (and different brand) of refrigerator. Thank you Shelly!!

I typically dislike furniture shopping. Too many colors, styles and designers usually leave me confused and disappointed.Today at Sheely’s I met a young salesman, Micah. Not only was he personable and super knowledgeable, Micah took the time to listen to the style and the “look” I wanted.Micah turned a normally frustrating experience into an enjoyable time as I walked away with a custom couch for my new home.If you’re looking for a salesman with great style and a ton of knowledge, ask for Micah!

Just needed to share what a great experience we had today with Micah, who helped us pick out a sofa. He provided such excellent service! Micah listened to what we were looking for and showed us the options with the exact style we envisioned.He was also very knowledgeable about the fabrics and configurations. We really enjoyed working with him!If you need help choosing furniture, definitely ask for Micah, he’s got a great eye for design and is super fun and friendly!

They have a nice selection of furniture. Good deals on some of it. Other things are over priced. They do, however like to follow the customers through the store and repeatedly ask questions about what you’re looking for.

Great selection of furniture and helpful sales staff, way to long if you order furniture that's not custom made. Delivery is a total screw up and very stressful. Bine waiting two and a half months for a couch. Told it would be delivered on Friday , but now we have to wait another week.

Customer service after purchasing defective sectional is the worse I’ve ever experienced! I have been dealing with this since October 2023 and still they have not replaced leather sectional with unmatched leather and instead of replacing faulty seating took pieces of it to re- stuff. Won’t return calls, worst company we’ve ever dealt with

Was amazed by all the high priced Chinese made products. Went looking for a sofa bought same one on line for less than half. Really disappointed.

We had a really good experience. Would recommend to anyone. I see during the pandemic people complained but that is out of their control. Our furniture came quick and they even held it for our new build to be done. Top notch service.
