Have had success in the past with BNR but not recently. In summary, if you have any issues with shocks and need support… good luck getting any. It seems Ryan is the only one that knows how to root-cause shock issues but is never available or too busy with XC racing. Idk, but a bit disappointed with this treatment.

Not done right 2 times and spent a total of $610. High speed adjustment came back maxed out 2 times and is bottoming out. Waste of ride time and money. I repeat 2 times they came back with the adjustment full closed and yes i talk to them about that. The own should get on his guy's and stop sending replies that don't match the bad service that i was even 2 times

My ECU wasn't communicating and they were able to bench test it for me. Mine turned out to be bad, so they gave me an excellent deal on a fully race flashed replacement ECU. They shipped the new one out right away. Also, excellent communication. Every time I emailed them, they answered back within an hour or so. My ATV is running great again, thanks to BNR!

I don't know where to begin. They kept my shock for 3 and 1/2 months. I asked them to paint my shock body. Nope. I'm just sick to my stomach. I have no words to describe the way I feel right now. Do it yourself or find someone else. 3 and 1/2 months !! Never ever again!!
