Hasn't replied to an inquiry of an over 250k auction. 2 properties 6-7 vehicles and equipment from a turn key fab shop. Heck the Howland home with acreage alone values at 180k. I guess it goes to a competitor.

WOW! The old grandpa dude was rude and yelled at my 75 yr old husband because he removed something he purchased which was nailed above the doorway with 4 inch nails. The wall was styrofoam! It left a hole! Maybe they should have everything off the walls & ready to go. The ‘female’ of the bunch was rude as well. Only one man was nice & helpful. I’ll be shopping elsewhere. PS a hole in the styrofoam is the least of that fixer upper houses worries.

Went to pick up some items we won at auction. Very nice staff; very personable. Customer service in the auction industry has taken a nose dive, so it's refreshing when you're treated nice by people who seem to enjoy their job! Thank you!

We had an estate contents sell and real estate sell through this company. They do a great job organizing and selling but it comes with a price. Make sure you have documentation or a written agreement before hand to make sure no surprises on your end.- as far as organization and clean up. My advertising was also 6,000 . Other realtors do not charge you for that , just commision.
