We told them that if there was any change in it's status to let us know. Earl called us as soon as it came back on the market! He was a pleasure to work with! He went over and above, sending us a detailed video of the car and walking us through the whole process. Drew did an excellent job of showing us all of the technical 'bells and whistles.' “The experience was great. I bought my MDX in June and had some general questions about how things work. Max was great. He took the time and answered all of my questions and even checked on the possibility of adding fog lights to my MDX.
If there’s one area that could use some improvement it’s the waiting area. The vehicle I had before my MDX was a Lexus. While I was waiting on my vehicle, I couldn’t help comparing the waiting areas of the Lexus dealership and Serra Acura . The Lexus dealership experience is definitely better.”

“Extremely prompt service and attention ! From the initial call to driving out the door, we were treated respectfully and with honesty. We had the owner's (Cody) personal promise, that if we weren't completely satisfied in any way, that we could return our vehicle and that any corrections would be made without question. The "Bearded Brothers" are the real deal ! We were able to chat with both "brothers" and given even better insight into the repairs, purchase & alignment of the products we received. Having been burned too many times at the "quickie" tire centers, this visit restored our faith in good, old-fashioned, quality service that is so rare these days ! 5 stars (and a few more) !”

“I've used Hearns exclusively for 3 years servicing my 2015 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. They consistently overperform in every way from courtesy to quality of work to pricing. Plan ahead for major service because they're so good they can get backed up, but even then have always tried to squeeze me in earlier. I like to say that if there's anything more important than a good primary care physician it's having a good, trustworthy mechanic. We never want to leave Navarre as long as Hearns is in business.”

“This tire shop is phenomenal! As a single woman, walking into a tire shop can be pretty intimidating. This shop is so unique, warm and inviting! From the movie theater room, the barber shop, the decor, its an experience in itself when you walk in. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I was losing pressure in my tires every couple days so I quickly stopped at a shop in town. They explained it was just from the cold weather. I left and went to Discount Tire Outlet to find a nail in one tire and screw in the other. I'm so grateful for their help and being so kind! Highly recommend. 5 STARS!”

“I was recently connected with Maverick Motorworks and plan to keep using them. I’ve brought both my older passenger car and older van in for general service as well as repair work (including axle shafts, wheel bearings, and brakes). They’re very responsive, easy to work and schedule with, and provide clear, comprehensive information about what my vehicles may need (both immediate items and things to consider for the future). They never pushed unnecessary work. I discussed a few items with them and chose to defer some, yet I still received a detailed, helpful report for future reference and to guide my decisions.
They’ve been honest, straightforward, and reasonably priced. I haven’t had any issues, but based on my experience, I’m confident that if something did come up, they would be great to work with. Highly recommend.”

If your looking to buy, ask for Jim.....I haven't bought from him since 2021 but he is always there to remember and greet me no matter what reason I'm there for.”
