“The experience was great. I bought my MDX in June and had some general questions about how things work. Max was great. He took the time and answered all of my questions and even checked on the possibility of adding fog lights to my MDX.
If there’s one area that could use some improvement it’s the waiting area. The vehicle I had before my MDX was a Lexus. While I was waiting on my vehicle, I couldn’t help comparing the waiting areas of the Lexus dealership and Serra Acura . The Lexus dealership experience is definitely better.”

“Excellent customer service, fair prices and solid follow through. Multiple times they have fit us in last minute for tire, brakes and alignment work. They have saved us significantly by helping to find the right tires for my car and fixing an alignment issue causing tires to wear out early. When changing my wife's brakes at home I ran into an issue with a stuck bolt and they were able to get us in the next day and only charged us for getting the bolt loose and the time to change the single set of brakes and rotor. I will be going no where else for work on any of our vehicles. Can you get tires changed for slightly less at big name places? Maybe. Will you get the same kind of follow through, attention to detail and genuine concern about getting the job done right with the appropriate tires even calling to let you know there's a manufacturer discount available now? Nope. And they have a friendly shop dog - how do you beat that? (Spoiler: you don't.)”

“We had a wonderful experience working with Earl Witherspoon of Lexus of Akron-Canton! After finding the perfect car on Car Guru, we called the dealership and were told that the car was being signed on at that very minute. We told them that if there was any change in it's status to let us know. Earl called us as soon as it came back on the market! He was a pleasure to work with! He went over and above, sending us a detailed video of the car and walking us through the whole process. Drew did an excellent job of showing us all of the technical 'bells and whistles.' The other guy we had spoken to earlier said he didn't fix holes, and insisted on replacing the entire exhaust system! Thrifty Muffler can be trusted and I highly recommend them.”
“This tire shop is phenomenal! As a single woman, walking into a tire shop can be pretty intimidating. This shop is so unique, warm and inviting! From the movie theater room, the barber shop, the decor, its an experience in itself when you walk in. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I was losing pressure in my tires every couple days so I quickly stopped at a shop in town. They explained it was just from the cold weather. I left and went to Discount Tire Outlet to find a nail in one tire and screw in the other. I'm so grateful for their help and being so kind! Highly recommend. 5 STARS!”

“Friendly staff, a helpful location, and good prices for the work that is being performed. As a warning the parking lot and driveway area are tight. However, I continue to take my vehicles here for any work or repairs that either I can't do myself or that I can't figure out. “Paul Burke is absolutely wonderful! He is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. Buying a car is a very intimidating process, and he was there from the start with a smile and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly with a honest and straight answer. We have bought two newer cars off of him in the last few months, a Ford truck and a Subaru SUV and he has made both experiences as easy as they could be. After the first experience and transaction we knew we didn’t want to go anywhere else when looking the second time around. Having my first car loan on a such a nice vehicle and owning such a nice vehicle in general was extremely scary to me, but I feel like he did everything he could in the weeks prior to the purchase to help break it all down for me and give us all of the info for all the options available to us. He didn’t rush us into buying something and gave us plenty of time and space to test drive different trucks and suvs while deciding which one was the right fit for our family. We appreciate him so much! So far everything has been smooth sailing and I have not one complaint with Paul. We love our new vehicles. Serra Auto Park is lucky to have him representing them in my opinion. When it came time to make the purchase the financial advisor called around and got me the best interest rate that she could. “This place is the best place to go to to get honest and fair repair for your car. Unlike dealerships that charge you to find out the problem, this place does not, which is amazing right off the start. I've been tho them a couple times during the most stressful times iv been, tho, and they went above and beyond to make the stress way better. There company also does oil changes that are way cheaper than any other place out there and there fast if you plan it out. “Great guys, great service! Locally owned, reliable, honest. They're also thorough. If something's not right the first time, they got your back in there and I will check everything. I recently purchased rear shocks and have them installed. One came loose on the bottom fitting. I took it back to them and they tightened it up and checked all the other connections to make sure the job was done right. I've been accustomed more of theirs for a number of years now. That's why I go back to them anytime I need tires or a repair having to do with wheels and brakes.”
“Went to Smitty's to have a tire fixed. They said they could fix it. While I was there they removed the screw that was stuck in the tire and it didn't leak. They didn't charge me for anything. This could have went any direction but honesty prevailed. Thanks Smitty's”

I appreciate how friendly and patient Mike is when answering my many questions since I don't know very much about cars. I honestly needed the kindness that day. A free car wash was included. What more can a girl ask. Love this dealership!!”
