“There's a reason this repair shop has outstanding reviews. They are simply awesome! I blew out a tire on the interstate late at night, and the next morning they were able to get me a new used tire for an incredibly reasonable price and had my car ready before I needed to check out of my hotel. Jared and Jason were helpful and respectful. The were clearly looking to help rather than upcharge me. The lobby is very nice, comfy couches for waiting as well as bathrooms and snacks.”

“Albert's may not be known for replacing mufflers and tail pipes --- but should be!! Recently, Albert's replaced my muffler and tail pipe for a very reasonable price and was quick!! They have the equipment to fabricate specific to your auto or truck. I highly recommend Albert's . . . In fact, they are the only auto service that have touched our cars during the past 15 years.”

“We had a screw in our 5th wheel tire, they got us in on the spot, patched the tire and had us on the road faster than a NASCAR Pit crew! That patch has lasted another 2500 miles (to Maine and back to WI). Super friendly and while I would have paid the whatever they wanted they charged me an amount so small I feel guilty saying how low it was.”
“This is the best mechanic shop in Ashtabula. Always has been right on for quotes and admitted that they broke a part and didn't charge me for replacing the part. Uses quality parts with lifetime warranties. I'd never take my car anywhere else. Call right away if you have issues because sometimes it takes up to a few weeks to get your car in for repair. It's worth the wait!”

“This shop has the most amazing humans. We were traveling from rochester NY to Indiana to visit family for the holidays. We ended up with a flat tire on the interstate and were stranded in the middle of nowhere, every auto shop was closed or closing and there is a terrible winter storm coming our way. This auto shop agreed to wait for us in the tow truck and happened to have a spare tire available for us. They waited and stayed open for us and changed the tire and got us safely back on the road. I cannot even explain how grateful we are for them, we would have been completely stranded and most likely would have had to stay in our car (along with our 2 small dogs)! You saved us!
