I have to get my oil changed at least every 3 weeks because of the miles I drive for work. They are always quick and friendly. They know my car and what I need. I take comfort in knowing the job was done right and I don’t have to worry while on the road. Spitzer Lordstown will always be my dealership.

Great dealership
Great sales department Rick was great to deal with and so was everybody else super friendly and treat you like family Barry always asks about my dad since my dad has been a customer since I was young
The service department got me in the same day for my oil change and 7500 mile service and were super friendly and fast too
Gave me an e mail with everything they checked with all the specs
I also love their car wash

I want to take the time to thank Miss Carol Ferry For such an amazing job and helping me achieve my dream of getting my dream truck from Spitzer Chevrolet. Miss Ferry Went above and beyond in my eyes and made sure that everything happened and helped take care of me completely. The process was smooth and fantastic. I was so excited about how well I was taken care of. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if they could deal with Carol. She’s an amazing person who was so helpful and understanding. No matter what issues I had and she took care of everything completely thoroughly ,,, I highly recommend this dealership and if you’re lucky enough to get Carol as your sales person, you’ll be extremely happy about this. Once again, I want to thank Carol Ferry For all her work and things she did for me to achieve this.

Andy my salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had, he was also very honest and friendly which is what I like to experience when dealing with a salesman. David the sales manager was also a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend to anyone to buy from spitzer Jackson/Milton Lordstown.

I dropped my car off at 8:45. It was an excellent day the shuttle driver took me to where I needed to go to.Keenya excellent as always She let me know when my car was done and I called her when I needed a ride back to the dealership once again the shuttle was fantastic

Took my car in for its last "free" oil change and a tire rotation (that I knew I'd pay for). Computer system was down, so paperwork was done by hand. When I was informed that my car was finished, I asked what I owed, and was told the paperwork will be mailed to me at a later date. The following business day, my carfax report was emailed to me.saying the oil change was completed, but my brake inspection and tire rotation still needed addressed. I performed both services myself as I will the remainder of the service needing addressed for my car, unless it requires warranty work.

Kenya Hogan is the ultimate professional. She was very kind and answered all my questions. The car was serviced with oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. All completed in less than 30 minutes.
