“HUGE shout out and thank you to management for following the law and protecting myself, my service dogs, and the general public. It's sad that this is the first grocery store chain I've had this issue in that's actually followed health code and immediately kicked out a pet dog that was inside the store. (Hey, Walmart and Marcs, you can do this too!) Besides that, the store is always clean and well organized, with friendly staff. This added level of safety, however, just makes me all the more a fan.”
“Got multiples of fresh fruit for an event-strawberries, blueberries, celery, carrots, spinach. Each item was under two dollars except blueberries 2.39. Very reasonably priced and good quality.”
“They are very nice here and some items are priced high but other items are the cheapest around. This is my first stop for cigarettes and soda. Also for cashing a check or getting a money order. The people who work here are always very welcoming.”
“They have great hours and a good selection. Customer service is poor. You ask a question and the guy just looks at you. You say hello and he just looks at you, a bit weird but I do like the store itself. In this area it's one of the only snack places open this late!”

“First time to the store...$0.99 a pound super red strawberries!They have a decent hot sauce section...munchie section.Good deals on some fish/seafood..Nice clean store. Some prices cheaper than other stores...some more expensive...you just gotta look for deals. I will return.”
“Purchased smoked ribs that were tender, nicely cooked and smoked with an outstanding BBQ sauce. The grill cook did a wonderful job preparing and grilling the ribs. Look forward to another holiday with Giant Eagle preparing more ribs. They were better than restaurant quality.”

“I hope they read these reviews. I wish I can say I've been to this location. But, I have been to the Niles location back in 1978-79. See I worked for them (I was 17). I loved it and the store was always clean and the products always fresh. So happy Bill is still in business and doing well. I'm in Florida now but if I'm ever in Ohio again, I need to stop at this new location and check in out! Oh, and Bill, I still have the scar from when I cut my index finger on the meat slicer! Lol!”

“Nice selection of Wines and cheese & meat deli had a few of hard to find brand names. They also carry Lawson's Original Chip Chopped Ham, it's still very good. They sell lottery too. Keno is Available.”
“Excellent selection of products to choose from. Just the right size store for general grocery shopping. Friendly staff and service. They do need a technician for their music system. Both times there the audio was very weak like as though their amplifier and/or speakers were blown. Even the paging to other staff members was not loud at all. Their amplifier may need replaced.”

“I was in Giant Eagle Elm Rd for their great Nov 8 sale. The staff was very helpful and kind and very pleasant. There was an incident in the store that made me very sad. The store was full of customers and I thought how wonderful. Then something unfortunate happened and the store almost cleared out. The store wasn't responsible for the occurrence and those who were should not have been there. I want to thank the owners and staff for their concern for their customers and how well the situation was handled. God bless all of you and keep up the good work.”
“I went to the service desk when I walked in and dropped money on the floor, not aware I did that. I went on my way. The girl working behind the counter found me shortly after to make sure I got my money back and I was pleased. I don't know her name but it was around 1 pm on Monday. I was so thankful for her taking the time to look for me. She's a great employee. Thank you again.”
“Everyone was so good to me, I asked about a product and it they could go about seeing if they could try n stock a certain flavor. So, they took down my number and they called me the next day and said that the vendor only carries specific ones and that they would keep trying. That's awesome! Nowhere does that stuff anymore!”

“This is one of my favorite DGs. It had more items in it especially frozen foods. It is not as cramped s most DGs and is well organized. I wish it was closer to home, I'd be there instead of the one I use now.”
“It might not be the largest DG but it is my favorite. The isles are always clear, I never have trouble finding anything but most of all, I love the staff. They’re always helpful, they never have a bad attitude, they run up to the register the second they see you, they laugh when I try walking out without my bags ??♀️ and they’re all just kind people!”
“We MUST USE this store in Lordstown if we don't feel like driving 12+ miles to the nearest store for every day items. I have to give them credit , they usually have the necessary items. And the store is kept pretty clean for the most part!! GO LORDSTOWN!!!!”
“The service at this store is very very poor. I waited in line for 15 minutes because the guy working did not know what he was doing ( something wrong with register). He should have asked for help. The girl fixed it immediately. But she was rude and lacked knowledge. Never this bad before. Also store is a mess”
