Don’t fall victim to the lift gate scam, save yourself peace of mind and go pick up from the terminal. Trust me and don’t deal with these scammers. Pick a different shipper next time and pay extra, it’s worth it to avoid central transport! They don’t bother to call or anything horrible customer service!

it is a shame that you can not reach a REAL person at this facility to get your merchandise that you pay them to deliver. I would never recommend them, 2 weeks ago they said they where at my business to delivery product and never showed up my window is above the delivery spot and billed us 80 extra for a wrong location there driver can not prove he was here with his GPS and you all know they know where their drivers are at all times. Not happy with this company...
