My child had fun and learned some basic beginner skills. However, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of staff interaction. There were no introductions, no one ever spoke with us or updated us on progress, and you can barely see your child during class. We felt that it was not a very "friendly" environment....my child never even knew the instructors name. Could be better if there was more interaction.

Stopped attending in January and they decided to continue to charge my card. After several re-assurances month after month that I would not be billed any longer, they keep billing me. Almost to $300 dollars for no services received. Also, they have stated there is nothing they can do about the past payments. There is a roster & verification that she was not in the class. When will it stop? Your guess is as good as mine.

Took my 3.5 year old for gymnastics. I've had him involved in many activities. The young ladies that coach are not interactive or fun with the kids. They spend more time chatting amongst each other once they get on the mat than the toddlers. Today my child was left behind when walking to class as well. Concerns me with how much they pay attention to who is who and where they are. It is cheap-- but not worth a single penny. Take your child and money elsewhere.

My son was treated poorly due to having anxiety his second class. Our first class we had an amazing instructor. She was so kind and worked so well with my son. Unfortunately we were stuck with Jordan Fisher our second class and she should absolutely not be working with children. She was extremely rude and made my 6 year old son cry by shaming him for having anxiety.

My daughter has been going for six years now. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and truly care about their students. It has been a wonderful experience for my daughter. She has learned so much, and gained a lot of self confidence, thanks to this fantastic staff!
