I didn't enjoy the jockey forcing me to move the trailer I had just hooked to before I finished doing my pre-trip that was not cool ?
Had that not happen they would have gotten a five stars from me.”
“Have all numbers ready! If u are on time u should have no problems. If u are late u wait! We have respect for drivers who have respect for us.
When u are picking up or dropping off chalk ur wheels, disconnect ur red air line. Our guys safety comes first. Don't be lazy.
If ur courtesy to us, u will get that in return. If u are a rude asshole then that is what u will get in return.”
“Clean great quiet parking. Company works only day time Mon thru Fri.You drop your empty trailer and you drive bobtail 4 miles away to hook your full trailer (dusty yard)... You must cut the seal, to get your papers work (sign the first one, put it in the small mail box) and after locked your trailer put the seal you found in the papers work!)Friendly all people (security officer, shipping, old driver yard)”
“Nothing to this place, don't arrive more than 1 hour before appointment and make sure you have your delivery number. Port O Potty is all they have for a restroom”
“TRUCKER REVIEW: When you arrive, pass the first building (section, really. They're connected) on the right. You'll make a right turn at Ziegler's at the end of Hoppell. ATD sign prominent. Look for docks 15 and 16 on the side. This appears to be where they unload trailers. The other part is for box trucks and you won't fit there anyhow.
Took a little under 4 hours to unload. Guys start rolling around 7:30 am. There is a bathroom and snack machine in the customer area (dark blue door on the left of building in picture).”
“0645 delivery appt. Checked in 0545, departed 0700. No parking overnight. Guard advised they normally don’t allow trucks in the yard until 15 mins before appt when busy - this is a newer policy due to drivers causing damage/problems while waiting for a door. He also said the sheriff will ticket trucks lined up in the road for blocking traffic. Arrive at your appt time and you should be good. They take your cell # at the office, you can sleep and wait for your phone to ring once empty.”
