Put stuff on the bill I didn't want, even after repeated requests (insurance). Charged $60 in set up fees and 0/2 phones worked when we got home. Took over an hour on the phone with corporate Verizon tech support (as store stated they are unable to resolve issue) to get new phones to work. Corporate Verizon tech support stated the store actived the wrong IMEI on both phones and when contacting store to let them know what caused the issue they claimed Corporate Verizon tech support who corrected the issue didn't know what they were talking about.
Updated 7/21 after going through my account and seeing the damage. I found despite explaining my reason for coming in to the store as being the possibilty of switching to a lower cost plan that would still meet my needs I was signed up for the most expensive plan tier on both of my lines.
I attempted to call the customer service number provided in the responsce to the original review but there was no answer.
Unless you understand Verizons latest plans and promotions (and even if you do) my advice is to avoid this retailer as you risk being taken for a ride, so some sales rep can fatten a commission check if you don't notice.
If you go to this retailer you MUST watch your bill like a hawk after.

Uninformed about the products they are selling. Unwilling to help with a problem or figure out a solution for the problem. Calling it a technical glitch which I knew it was not. Last time I went into this store it took me seven hours to buy a phone. I would give them a zero if I could.
