“These guys are Rockstars!!! John and Nick really expert in their knowledge and truly helpful with anything technical. Stripped 2 of my units to bare bones, fixed the problem, put it back together again!! Savants!! The Rainmen of VapingJess and Haley are quite remarkable when it comes to product knowledge - juices and dispensers. Natural ‘extra milers’ when it comes to customer service.Jess is the veteran who manages the store, Haley is new but already an assistant manager which is how this store works, find good people, train and develop them, consequently keep them.Love this place - all down to staff!!Thank ya, ladies!!”

No knock on the business as I can understand why although I do think there should be some other kind of measure in place which is the only reason I am giving a 4 instead of 5 star rating. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and on most visits I not only leave with what I came for, I end up learning a bit of new information too! I appreciate being able to come here and find the items I'm looking for and have a great staff ready to answer questions and educate about the products in store including recommended usages, cleaning/maintenance of products, and storage of items/longevity tips to boot! Great place with a good variety of products, right in our own community! “This place was FANTASTIC! Unfortunately, they didn’t have either of the things I was looking for - virtue hi9000 disposable vapes or black note Virginia tobacco nic salt - however that does not change my rating in the slightest. The two guys working were extremely knowledgeable, laid back, polite, and accommodating! They offer legit recommendations and allow you to sample whatever you’re interested in. If I could, I would give this place 10 stars, based on customer service alone. I will definitely be back. Can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re somewhat new to the vape scene.”
