Purchased a couch in August and had a pickup date set for early October. Rented an U-Haul and arrived to pick it up and they had only 2 of the 3 parts of the sectional because the third part was “mislabeled.” Didn’t give me a delivery date so I had to call and found out I had to wait two more weeks. Now it has been delayed again until mid November. Incredibly disappointing and only offered to let us “come back in and choose something else if I don’t want to wait longer.” No thank you, we would like the couch we purchased when we asked for it. They have not offered any money back to make up for all of this.

Terrible follow up. Absolutely will not answer phones, despite plenty of unbusy bodies walking around the store. Can't get ahold of the manager. Don't come here.

We have gotten several items from value city and we always have a pleasant experience with the staff and delivery teams. Had a slight hiccup with a recent order but they fixed it right away.

I had a horrible experience with this furniture store. My delivery was delayed multiple times, and they even canceled without notifying me. I had to call them for updates, as they never reached out on their own. This lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again and cannot recommend them to others.

Posting again since they had my husbands review taken down. Highly DONT recommend shopping here. I would definitely go somewhere where they value their employees. The way the blonde manager talks to and about her employees is disgusting, I’ve witnessed it in the store on multiple occasions, and from what I’ve heard the upper management doesn’t care how they are be treated. If they treat their own like that imagine how they would treat a customer. Could only imagine what else goes on behind closed doors. Take your business elsewhere. Would leave 0 stars if I could. And to have an honest review taken down shows you know it’s true, take accountability for your actions and work on changing your behavior. Extremely unprofessional.

Just purchased our furniture and Maria was amazing to work with and answered all of our questions and even searched the store to find the specific blanket and pillow I wanted. 10/10 recommend!
