Measured my pool. Ordered cover. Paid my pool company to put it on (attempt to put it on). Cover is too short by about 3 feet. The tie down straps were also not every 5 feet so they didn’t line up with the existing studs around the pool. So even tho I had to pay shipping ($160) to send cover back, they still charged me a restocking fee AND the cost of shipping when they sent it to me. Total, I’m out about $450 bucks and still don’t have a new cover.

I’ve been in property prez for a long time. You won’t find better prices or better people in this industry. It’s a joy to call Kathy and she is so eager to help. I appreciate people that go the extra mile and you can HEAR the smile thru the phone, if that makes sense?! Love ushardware supply.. Oh yeah, their knoblocks and deadbolts are a quicker install than any other company hands down.. Quality products too.

I called the company and ask specific questions about the installation and construction of the pool cover, the staff were incredibly helpful and did not push the high end products they explained the difference in the covers and sold me the cover that I needed for my application. It also made me very happy that the covers are made in America! Installation was straightforward if you follow the directions I would recommend US hardware supply and when I need more items I will definitely contact them first! Sincerely P R Flook Eagle Idaho.

This place is the BEST! As a Michigan real estate broker, I occasionally do HUD inspections & loss mitigation for banks, and need specific keys made for houses all across my state. If I order my keys from U.S. Hardware by 9am, I ALWAYS get them in the mail within 2 days- while other key companies tell me it will be a week. Their fast service makes me look like a hero for all my clients! Everyone at U.S. Hardware is fantastic, and so friendly & professional including Pam & Becky, and Cindy who helped me for years and is now retired. I will never get keys made anywhere else!

The process to order a pool safety cover from ushardwaresupply.com was extremely easy, mostly due to the work of one of their salespeople (John Book).ushardwaresupply worked with the manufacturer to ensure the cover got to me quickly, and the price was was more than reasonable given the cost of some other companies I contacted.Will certainly use them again if the need arises.

Ordered a pool cover custom made, and with the paper we gave them of a diagram of where our anchors are they totally nailed it. They were very respectful and patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend these people. Thanks!

Exceptional service. I am very pleased with my decision to order with US Hardware Supply. I placed my order about 10pm on 9/18 and received it on 9/22. I am a HUD/REO listing broker and ordered keys and lockboxes. My order was delivered 100% accurate. I have used other supply companies in the past and it has taken several weeks to receive my order with missing products. I am definitely going to be sticking with US Hardward Supply from now on!
