If you're going to offer & advertise notary service, then specify what the hours of availability are. That way people aren't driving across town just to be told that it's not available during ALL business hours.

Wouldn't accept the Amazon return because the box was a little damaged nothing was going to fall out. Khols didn't even bat an eye at accepting it. Tried to argue with me about whether or not Kohl's would accept it after I told her to cancel it and I'll just take it to Kohl's.

Tried shipping a package. They couldn't get it to go through the system, rang it up 5 several times, and had to call another employee on the phone to get it to work. Employee stuck my $800 worth of electronics into a box much larger than the contents, then taped it shut without putting any packing materials into it. Thankfully I noticed this, and asked if they could put some bubble wrap or cushioning materials into the box, so my item doesn't bounce around the box during transit. Took 30 mins.
Get home, and the tracking number doesn't work. I wait two days, still doesn't work, so I go back into the UPS store and bring my receipt. Lady is nice, but can't figure it out either. She takes down my name, recipient, and phone, says she will work on it and call me.
A couple of hours pass by with no call, so I call them. Apparently this lady has already gone home. The gentleman I speak with, couldn't pull it up either. He asked me 3 times if their location was the one I shipped the package from, to which I answer "Yes" all 3 times.
Turns out the system fixed itself, and my tracking number now worked. He then proceeded to tell me that it doesn't look like I went into their store, because it says "Canton" and not North Canton. After already telling him 3 times that his store is the one I was in, then being called a liar, I hung up the phone...
Safe to say, I won't be going here to shop any of my packages anymore. Might just try Fed Ex

Was given a price by a young man for shipping, came back the next day to do it and another young man gave me a price that was TWICE as much, saying that the first man was completely wrong. Went home bubble wrapped it myself & came back again a third day to someone new who gave me the same price the first man did and said the second man was completely wrong. I said what would happen if I paid that DOUBLE price and they said nothing, you would’ve just lost your money!! ?WRONG, Plus, the second guy was rude about it

Fantastic store and employees. Have regularly received business mail at this location as well as using it for periodic shipping needs and Amazon returns and cannot say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!

Called the store to get pricing for a next-day letter delivery. Using the destination zip code I was given a price of $60. When I went to the store at the end of the day, using the same destination zip code, the price was now $82. How can that be? It was too late in the day to go to FedEx ... which is where I will go from now on.
