I bought my 2008 c6 corvette back in April 2024 from this dealership. I drove 3.5 hours from Indiana to check out the car the following day it got listed. When I got there the cars paint and headlights were in pretty rough shape, they said it hasn't yet been detailed and they would make it look all new again before I purchased it. The car also had a CEL when I test drove it with the salesman which he said had to do with the A/C not working, which once again he assured me that this would be fixed before I purchased the car.
The salesman pushed extremely hard for me to sign their credit application papers when I had already told them I was pre-approved with my own bank. They swore up and down they don't accept outside state financing and that I would HAVE to finance with them. When payment papers were brought out, my payment was at $200/month more than with my bank as they would not tell me my APR, I did the math and it was about 18%. I left and told them I will only finance with my bank and I would setup a wire transfer.
I went back over to actually purchase the car a week later. Me and the Salesman (scott) had arranged a time id be there to meet him to finalize our deal. When I got there I had stood and waited for about 1.5 hours before anybody even decided to talk to me, once Scott finally came and said something, he grabbed the finalization paperwork before I could even see the car or drive it again as he "wanted to get me out of there quick". I signed the papers and bought the "mechanically perfect" car and started to drive back my 3.5 hour trip.
Not even 10 minutes down the road during highway speeds I hear and feel horrible vibrations in the front passenger side, enough to have to pull over and return back to the dealership. They assured me they'd have the issue fixed within a week and to come back and grab it. I got contacted by Scott again and he said the car is ready and that they'd meet me halfway in the middle so that I wouldn't have to drive the whole 3.5 hours. When the drivers met me halfway they said the car drove absolutely perfect on the way. Immediately into my drive home the car makes the same exact noise and vibrations they "fixed".
I also noticed the car had NO A/C a couple weeks later, the car needed a new compressor and was leaking all throughout the A/C lines. My mechanic told me it was a 9 hour quoted job and it would cost about $2100, he also quoted that the dealership who "fixed" my A/C "had no idea what the hell they were doing and didn't want to do a 9 hour job" The car needed everything new they said they fixed, the headlights were absolutely hazed and un-seeable at nighttime, those cost me $1400, new A/C compressor + labor $2100 which is with a $100 shop rate and my mechanic making no money on the compressor.
I still have yet to fix the noise/ vibration in my dash, but stuffing cardboard in-between it and the windshield softens the vibrations. To even diagnose the noise they have to rip out the entire dash which would start at over $1000 from a dealership. Now 4 months later I'm getting misfires and my engine overheats after any drive over 15 minutes. My spark plug wires and coils were practically disintegrating when I went to change them. Even with new spark plugs, spark plug wires and ignition coils the engine is still overheating and now has a metal noise at low RPM, I will have to get it into the mechanic AGAIN. Overall listen to the bad reviews, AVOID this dealership! This is a scummy dealership, any major issues with their new inventory they WILL NOT fix the car, only hide the issues and wait for you to find out the hard way.
Edit: there appears to be exhaust gasses or something in my coolant reservoir cap, the amount of buildup in the cap couldn't have happened from me in the last 4 months. This is an issue that they knew about the car before selling it to me.

Terrible service. Told them the car needed tune up and had a noise under the hood. 6.5 hours later they just started on it. Didn't have parts in stock. Had to keep car overnight. The parts were spark plugs - how do you not have those in stock at the dealership??? Price to replace pulley, belt, plugs and wires was over $1,500. Genuine AC Delco parts can be bought for less than $350. Even considering the labor, this is robbery.

Mat Matjunas took great care of us, he was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions! We would not have purchased a truck from Chevy without him.

I purchased a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica in Nov. 2023. The sales team was exceptional. Everyone else, not so much. I have had several issues with this vehicle and have been promised by multiple people that it will be taken care of. I have owned this vehicle for 9 months and still have the same issues. I have bought from other Spitzer dealers in the past, but I must say this is the worst Spitzer and probably the worst vehicle experience ever. All I ask is that someone fixes the problem instead of looking the other way and not wanting to own up to the fact that the vehicle should have never been put on the lot to sell knowing there were issues with it. I've been told that this person or that person is no longer there or has been fired but at the end of the day you still haven't take care of the problem or your customer in the 9 months this has been going on. Sad that I had to put a review on here like this but I have bit my tongue for 9 months and that has gotten me nowhere. If customer satisfaction is something you're concerned about, I hope this will finally get resolved.
