The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and helped me determine the amount of paint needed and also the desired finish. I was very happy and impressed with my entire experience but especially the staff. Btw..the color and finish is beautiful!

Went to the Applegrove Store to have a stain match. Associate Zak, made this experience very nice. Matching stain is very frustrating and needs a lot of patience, for both the customer and the associate attempting to do the match. Zak worked very hard to match and had a lot of patience. I commend him for taking the time and working very hard to satisfy the customer. This is the type of employee every employer in retail needs to have. Great job Zak!! Keep it up. And thank you.

Counter personnel seem to have little to no interest in engaging customer. Went to Lowes. They understand customer experience. Happy!

So first of all you get what you pay for. Their paint is certainly more expensive (and better) than paint at the home depot. On top of that, they have much better/attentive customer service. I had an exterior shutter paint matched and it was too dark, brought the gallon back in and they spent a good amount of time working with it to get the color right and didn’t seem annoyed or like they didn’t have the time to help me. This is how you get repeat customers.
