I recently visited Scott Talbot Salon Spa for a last-minute hair appointment, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I called, the staff was accommodating and managed to fit me in earlier in the day, despite the short notice.Megan was my stylist, and she did an exceptional job with my hair. I wanted my hair lightened and dyed, and she delivered exactly what I hoped for. The results were absolutely wonderful! Megan was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. I never felt judged, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied with the outcome.Although I had to wait a little past my appointment time, it was well worth it. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, making the atmosphere warm and inviting.Overall, my experience at Scott Talbot Salon Spa was a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this salon, especially if you're looking for excellent service and a welcoming environment. Thank you, Megan, and the entire team, for a fantastic experience!

Stylist: Megan, she was very professional and attentive. She brought me coffee and made small talk through our the apartment.

The person that cut my hair was very sweet and I don’t want to disparage her but the cut I got wasn’t what I was looking for. I wanted a layered bob with the shortest layer around my ears. The shortest layer ended up only being a couple inches long and she basically removed the entire back of my hair. It was only about an inch long on the back of my head. I wish she would have asked before stacking the back of my hair. I really don’t like A-line cuts and that’s what I ended up with. I hate to be so blunt but I was left with a Karen cut. In my opinion it was matronly looking and suited for someone older than myself. I feel like she should have asked before doing something so drastic. I should have specified but I still think it was too extreme without asking before doing that. By the time I figured out what she was doing it was too late. I didn’t say anything because there was no way to fix it as there was no more hair to take away. She isn’t a bad hairstylist per se but I don’t think she understood what I was looking for or communicated well enough with me. The cut I got would be suited for a more mature woman.

They were able to fit my daughter in close to last minute, and everyone was very nice to her. They did such a great job with her hair. The place was very clean. Their prices are a little on the high side, but they did a great job. My little girl loved her hair!

This place has terrible service. Made me sit there for 20 minutes just to say my stylist was “sick”. Shocked the hell out of me. You can’t just decide you’re sick 20 minutes after you make your customer wait. ??

I randomly chose this salon but read prior reviews and decided to make an appointment. Best decision I ever made. I am so glad to have a great hairdresser. Amy F is wonderful!! She took her time and made the visit super fun. My hair came out so nice. Looking into other services offered as well. One stop shop, very professional and a great place.
