DO NOT USE RANDY'S!!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES CORRECTLY. THEY BOUGHT OUT CHASSIS. CHASSIS INSTALLED A BRAND NEW RACK & PINION ON MY CAR IT WENT BAD IN 10 MONTHS WENT BACK TO GET THE ISSUE HANDLED AND RANDY'S TRIED TO CHARGE ME OVER $100 MORE IN LABOR THAN CHASSIS DID FOR THE SAME EXACT THING THAT I JUST HAD REPLACED 10 MONTHS AGO. THEY REFUSED TO HONOR MY LIFETIME WARRANTY ON A PART I PAID FOR AND STILL HAD THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT FOR!!! ALL THEY LITERALLY HAD TO DO WAS HONOR MY WARRANTY, I WAS AT ADVANCED AUTO WHERE THE PART CAME FROM AND 1 YES FROM RANDY'S THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED BUT THEY WERE SO MONEY HUNGRY TO OVER CHARGE ME THAT THEY REFUSED MY WARRANTY. HOW DO YOU REFUSE A WARRANTY FOR A PART A CUSTOMER PAID FOR AND HAS THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT ALL BECAUSE YOU WANT TO DO THE WORK WHEN I DONT KNOW YOU OR YOUR WORK? THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN EASY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FIXED THAT DIDNT COST THEM A DIME BUT THEY CHOSE TO ROB ME INSTEAD!!! DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES HERE!!! I WILL BE PAYING THE $60 TO FILE A SMALL CLAIM AND WILL BE NAMING THEM AS 1 OF THE PARTIES OF THIS CLAIM.

Randy's is such a good auto repair company, no wonder he's been around for over 34 years! Honest and knowledgeable, courteous and efficient, all best qualities for a satisfied customer experience. I would recommend them for all of your auto repairs. Thank you to Randy, Rob, and Mike. Great job!!

My wife and I love Randy’s. They’re reasonably priced, and do quality work, repairing what they need to and not going beyond into things that don’t need repaired. I recommend taking all your vehicles to them! I take our Sequoia and Civic here.

I needed a tire replaced. They did a great job, squeezed my car in when they were very busy, and the price was better than fair. They are an honest auto repair shop, which is so hard to find. I’ll definitely be bringing my other cars in as needed.

Randy's is the best period. You won't find a better car repair business around.
They are honest, fair and hard working.
For example, just today. Mike worked overtime to fix my SUV. The staff of Mike, Allen, Randy, Rob and Mike can't be beat. I wouldn't take my vehicle any place else.

I just had my rav4 jeep sway bars fixed that 4 of them for a little over $400.00. I am not sure if it a good price or not but they got my jeep right in and worked it in on this firday sept 9th 2023. The guys seem like they know what they are doing and was friendly. And I learn to clean my car out before taking it in so if the mechanicso if he needs to drive it around to listen for noises to get the right problem fixed. Thank you for getting me in the same day, I was having a problem with a other garage I did take my car too.
