Their yoga class schedule is very weird having yoga at 7 am. Who gets up at 5am or 6am to get up and be there at 7am. Ridiculous. And 3 times yoga instructor did not showed up. Their hours suck

Owner keeps this place up to date with good quality equipment. The staff is always ready to help and don't forget your in house made protien shake.

Excellent gym tucked away from main roads. The gym is one of the larger Powerhouse’s I have been to and had by far the most merch I have seen. 3 or 4 large areas to work out in and had no problems getting to the equipment I was looking for.
