Best price we found in Akron. Staff was very helpful. They have the typical breakfast in the morning. Room were clean, water pressure was strong and hot, and beds were comfortable. Only 5 minutes away from the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Not five stars because the indoor pool was closed due lack of staff members.

I specifically want to recognize Jae as a phenomenal employee - compassionate, professional, and down to earth, Jae made my reservation a breeze! I hadn't stayed at a Microtel in well over a decade, and this experience has me wanting to stay at Microtels from now on. Thank you!
