Very poor customer service! Staff is very rude! Will not be returning… employee was smoking in the doorway of the building.

Rude staff alert; overcharging alert.Went in for a cup of coffee. I grabbed a cup (I always put cream in first so I can see how much I add). After the cream, the two cashiers simultaneously said they got rid of the coffee because they were closing soon. Understandable- so I thought nbd, I'll grab a Starbucks coffee drink out of the cooler instead.I asked one of the cashiers what to do with my cup that I could not use any longer and she took it and said she'd take care of it. I thanked her and grabbed another drink.When I paid, the price sounded higher than usual. I looked at my receipt and saw they charged me for using the cup, even though I wasn't able to get a cup of coffee. I thought they must have made an accidental error and approached it with an opened mind. "I have an extra charge on here." They replied in a hasty tone that I "used" a cup so therefore I had to be charged for it. I said that I shouldn't be charged for an item I didn't buy or could use as the circumstance were out of my control and that I was not informed that they were out of coffee until I had already started preparing the cup with creamer.They were rude in handling the situation and one of them pulled 50 cents out of their pocket and said "take it and go." I could understand if I was rude or being loud, but I was calm and polite. They made me feel like I was a burden and unwelcomed in the store. These two cashiers were not customer service oriented at all.

The black mail that works there was very rude and ignorant through my lottery tickets at me after I scratch them and ask them to throw them away politely very rude very ignorant he walked all the way out the car to give me two scratched off lottery tickets instead of just throwing them away very rude very ignorant will never go back there again my husband and I have spent hundreds of dollars of the store if not thousands and even gave workers money when I've won lottery tickets

Went in for fire wood and ice, went to look around in the adult beverage section (as I’m 22) and was yelled at because I don’t look 21, and I can’t look around and browse. Showed my i.d. and she got embarrassed and kicked me out of the store. Terrible service.

Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly at a gas station. Employee Jane Berry is completely unprofessional and should not be in retail. Was cursed at for not wearing as mask as I have a lung condition. Completely unacceptable. Will not be going to Marathon anymore and encourage others to shop else where.
