First, I will start by saying that I’ve been a customer since they opened. I usually buy my jeans from this boutique.I purchased a pair of Liverpool jeans, only worn them a FEW times and as you can see from the pictures that the jeans were defective. There was a string hanging in the waistband and one pull the entire waistband pulled away!!! Crazy that happened. And it happened during last Saturday’s OSU game.Anyway, I took the jeans back yesterday hoping that they would offer me a new pair since once again they were made incorrectly, The girl behind the counter couldn’t have been the least bit interested or helpful. I explained what happened and she said she would have to text the owner. I waited and the girl said that since I purchased them last winter there was nothing they could do. No apologies.Needless to say, I will never shop at Mainstream Boutique again.Warning to other customers! This is how they treat their clientele.

This is such a cute store! A little pricier than traditional stores but it’s completely worth it. The clothes feel one of a kind, the quality is amazing. Listen, everyone should be buying the Mac n me jeans! The sales lady is not only absolutely adorable, she’s very nice and helpful. This little shop is the perfect hidden secret I want to take all my friends too. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you are missing out.

Bc you spend thousands of dollars at full price. Rewards in may for 25% off next purchase. Well, I guess they EXPIRE IN A PANDEMIC!!! Was a great place to support!! Now I won’t have to deal with pushy sales staff as well!! They were about to get around a $400 order. Guess they are doing fine?? lol

Wow I will continue to brag about and give praise to this boutique. Never in my 36 years of life have I received such amazing customer service it was by far one of my best shopping experiences. I was greated at the door with a happy smile and Elizabeth picked out a few outfits I never could of put together myself it's so nice having real stylist style you. Thanks again for all my new looks. I will be back!!!!!!

I stopped in today and the customer service was excellent. The ladies were super nice & helpful. The only complaint I have is I didn't see sizes for a curvier shape. And maybe a smaller framed person is who your target sales are for and that's fine. There were just some cute items I wish you had in XL.
