Visited this store for the first time this past weekend and was very pleased with the selections and the level of service provided. I needed to get some lighting basically same day and they were extra helpful in assisting me to find the perfect solution to my lighting needs. I was fortunate to have visited when they had sale pricing on many of the display lights and were super in taking down the lights I wanted same day and boxed them up for me so that I could take them with me right away. Great selection and great customer service and I highly recommend them!

I have seen Lumen Nation before but never had a real need to buy new lighting/lamps until recently. While helping with my mom’s remodel we came here to look at lights. I found some amazing lamps by chance from hubbardton forge and Tom gave me a great deal on them. He was very friendly and helped put them in the car. What boss gets down to it with the employees instead of just watching. Working with Megan has also been an absolute breeze. she has visited my mother’s house about 35 minutes away from their showroom where they are (until the Montrose/Fairlawn design showroom reopens) twice to help with measuring in order to make amendments to the order. Her communication both in phone and email has been great and has made the process seamless and easy. She also seems to have a keen sense of design and definitely takes into account the space when choosing the proper style and size of light. I definitely highly recommend Lumen Nation for your lighting needs.

I was met by Meghan upon entering the store who wore a smile and asked if she could help me. I discussed with her what I was looking for and she was very helpful. She was also kind, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with her approach and knowledge. I did order a chandelier for my dining room and this store fits my needs for future purchases. Thank you Meghan.

They fixed a lamp for me that is about 50 years old after I tried to find the parts and do it myself. They were able to do it quickly and it looks beautiful and works well.I couldn’t be happier. Would recommend them for sure!

Repair was completed before promised time and was of great workmanship—- employee was very helpful and pleasant to deal with — will certainly use them again ( I traveled 20 miles from home to their location ). !!!!!

When we started looking for a ceiling light for our living room, we weren’t sure what we wanted or even what would work. Megan S took the time to show us lights in the store and then helped us find what we wanted online. She was patient and knowledgeable and her goal was to help us find the best fit.
