Jackson Hewitt Tax Service provides excellent and friendly service. Staff members answer all questions, explain everything in great detail, and are very patient. They treat customers like one of the family, creating a pleasant experience where clients do not feel rushed. While a past mistake was noted, it was handled and made right. Many customers continue to return every year and definitely recommend the service for the next tax season.

Tiffany (Canton, Ohio West Tusc location), was wonderful. Always there to answer a question and went above and beyond to get us all of our money.
