I had the worst hair stylist I've ever met. She was rude and arrogant. I think her name is Janet (not positive). I like to tip generously when I get good service. No tip for Hair Stylist Karen.

I was a walk in customer. Greeted immediately and taken for a haircut with no wait. Stylist was very nice.

Came in with my boyfriend to get his hair cut and decided to get mine cut as well. Austin took care of both of us and was both courteous and personable throughout the experience. I think Austin did a great job on both cuts, and really breathed some life and bounce back into my hair. I will return specifically for their service!

Called to ask how they would want my husband and I do check in as we have our newborn son and want to switch off with him. Lady acted like I was asking something crazy, super rude the entire time. I was nice and just wondering as we are new parents, will never go here. At least we know I suppose!
