From the last oil change I got to now, they doubled the labor cost to get it done. Inflation is not up 50% and for them to charge more for the same amount of work is ridiculous.

While getting gas noticed a screw in my tire- went to Goodyear- frank-and portage rd- got checked in immediately and Jon was able to patch it and I was out of there is 30min or less- the entire staff yesterday 7-1-2024 was awesome great team!!

Been here for 3 hours just to find out their technicians put my summer sport tires on backwards with the "In" label on the "Outside".
Back to square one starting the whole procedure over.
Never again!
Update! Hit the highway and the steering wheel is shaking at 50 mph. Tires not properly balanced. Worst of all I get home and find they gouged my custom rims which they deny. (Check out the photos) also have a TPM warning that I did not have before the tires were changed. The head manager at this shop was very rude and arrogant.
The whole experience was a nightmare and still is.
Got to go back tomorrow to have the tires rebalanced.

We were 2 hours from home on a Saturday, and the store was supposed to close in 10 minutes. We called ahead and explained the issue (overheating). Morgan, Xavier, and Ian stayed late to help us determine the cause - low coolant. They were super helpful, and didn’t complain about staying too late. We appreciate them!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE ME! Called Thursday to schedule an appointment for an alignment. I was told to pick any hour that works for me. I scheduled for 10am Friday. I arrived at the location at 955 and go in to let them know I've arrived only to be told my appointment doesn't even exist. She then proceeds to tell me they are booked all day but if I want to leave the vehicle she might be able to have someone get to it by 2pm. What's the purpose of making an appointment If I'm just going to be told to either wait an additional 4 hours to maybe get in or drive an additional 30 minutes to another location. This place is a waste of time don't bother with the headache!

Derek and Noah were fantastic this morning. I came into town unexpectedly, needed an oil change and they were able to work me into the schedule. The inspection of my truck was thorough, but they weren’t pushy to get unnecessary work done. Very straight forward, highly recommend!!
