Good Quality reasonably priced . I get. Freshly ground nut butters Almond , Peanut , Honey Roasted Peanut , Cashew . It's the Best no added salt or preservatives! I also buy Sockeye Salmon , Awesome Fish , it goes on sale usually 3rd week each month for around half price good time to buy if you are on a Budget ?

For natural or holistic type grocery shopping, it's ok. Selection is good, but pricing can be questionable. Do your homework.
