I bought over fifty dollars worth of items and I went to get the free truffles w pur hase special and they said they were sold out at two o'clock in the afternoon . they would allow no rain checks and nothing equal to the truffles. Seems a bit a bit of bait and switch but there's nothing to switch to.

Visited this store on 8/24/2024 . Cashier did not even want to speak to me . She did not hand me receipt had to grab on my own . Very racist . Would not recommend

Earth fare has a great variety of healthy foods. They have great sales and coupons almost daily. Sign up for the healthy rewards and start earning points to save up for future uses. Bring your own bag and earn extra points. Employees are usually nice and very helpful, you may have one on a bad day but they are human with personal lives that can't always be left at home. There are plenty of options for celiac, vegan, and just natural foods. It is pricey but it's the only one in the upper states. I'd rather support a small business than a local walmart.

I was very excited to finally visit Earth Fare as many friends have recommended that I check it out. The staff here was beyond rude and clearly profiles people. I was simply looking at the beauty section and an older employee just stared me down as if I was going to steal a pack of $4 incenses. She did not once ask if I needed help but instead continued to closely follow me and my boyfriend and got way too close to us, to the point when I finally noticed how close she was I was visibly startled. I was very excited to get some vegan options I’ve been looked forward to but would never spend money at a place that polices people for simply browsing.

Love their selection of pre-made vegan food! They also have a great produce department and never fail to have many alternative milk options. The staff there is very friendly! They always help me find items I can't find. As an added bonus, their vegan everything cookies are to die for!!

Sadly their hot bar was always pretty bad with vegan options, but they have some stuff at the deli and pretty tasty buffalo chickn at the prepared meals section next to the deli and the take and bake pizzas. Privacy of course, like most health food stores but they always have deals.
They even have vegan cakes, and fresh cupcakes and cookies from the bakery.

Everything is great. A wide selection of choices and they always have great sales. Employees are very helpful and it’s a comforting atmosphere.

I've visited this store a half dozen times. I mostly visit for supplements nd this last visit left me terribly disappointed. Health nd nutrition is VERY important nd on my last few visits, there's been no one to help in supplements, hence the [3] rating. On this visit, the young lady there stated she new in that area nd just was not aware. The store really should consider having a helpful attendant there since I learned to the credit of the young lady mentioned, that this is the ONLY Earthfare in the entire state of OHIO! Sooo, having that informed person of health products would go a long way.

Earth Fare is always clean and with a great selection of products. The store is always empty, making shopping a breeze, but I hope it stays open despite the lack of crowds.

Overpriced, employees are rude and annoyed if you ask a question or need any assistance. Watch expiration dates… lots of expired or soon to be expired foods. This place used to be great. Very poor management now.
