  Vehicles are in good condition. However they come up with trumped up charges about damages and email you weeks after you have left. When returning the vehicle, the person receiving informs you that everything looks good without any damage and weeks later an email comes to you that there was damage.   TERRIBLE COMPANY. I filled the tank to full upon return and then still charged me $100 for "refilling the tank" after check out. The receipt also says I only drove 207 miles total but I drove from Cleveland to Atlanta and back. Which is over 1,000 miles.

  Counter person at Akron Canton was GREAT. The company stinks to high heaven. No way to talk with a counter person, constantly referring you to a website. If you leave something on the car, it's impossible to get thru the web of directories. Can someone contact me about retrieving an item left in the car?
