Purchased shellac mani on Groupon. Called to make an appt and was told to txt only. I txt and they have nothing open for months. I set up an appt for 2 months out then when I showed up for my appt, no one greeted me, they were rude and didn't want to see me I felt. Then come to find out she didn't even put my appt on the books so I was told to leave bc she had other appts. I showed her my texts to price I had an appt, she even had them in her phone! She gave no apology, it was like she did not care one bit. Very rude and unprofessional.

I do not recommend buying a groupon for this place. I tried contacting this business 5 times. When I couldn't get ahold of anyone, I gps my way there. When asking the owner about openings to use the groupon I purchased, she said she only had 2 available dates and times. She did not accept groupon on the weekends. The description on groupon did not state this, nor did it say there was stipulations. I will be returning my groupon for this business and will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The nail tech and pedicure tech are wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them and their nail services. Their prices are reasonable. I have been a customer for 4+years.

Found them on Groupon and I only had to pay the tax on the service. I was looking for a place that you can have a conversation with that does a good job on my nails and I’m not going to have to take a mortgage out to keep up with. Made me feel welcomed from the minute I walked in great conversation and great job on my nails and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them.

45$ shellac mani and pedis... all the time without groupon. Love the owner Lee and her service! Friendly, funny, great to talk to about any travel plans. Shellac mani for friends and i lasted 4 weeks!! With handwashing as a nurse and breastfeeding mom! Great spa pedi massage chairs and Maddy is a delight. Must have appointment and easiest to text owner to schedule. My go to shop for over a year now!

Received this early April 2019 as a gift. Contacted her for a nail appointment in May for sometime in June - said was booked had NO availability except for June 13 & June 20 at 12 and 1pm ?? I told her that is my workday I cannot use those times and if she had something later on as I was open to anything she had months in advance - Nothing available till October??Groupon expires in August! I asked her to either put me with another nail technician or extend the expiration date!! Her response was I only have June 13 & 20 th left!!! Her Groupon is still available on the site, if you have NO availability why are you still posting ? Not good customer experience!! Sorry.

I bought a Groupon. When I called to schedule an appointment no one got back. I called again and was told to text. The second time I texted on May 29th, I was told they were booked into October. Really? I don't think they wanted to honor my Groupon!

Fantastic even with two of us she was quick. Great deal on gel mani + spa pedicure. We let her pick our colors and we both loved them. I ended up with pink ombré ( I have a girl baby shower coming up) and my gf got a fall red with cat eye that was super cool.
