Bad news, NC, the *itch is back in the Pharmacy. After months and months of very courteous, friendly customer service in the pharmacy, the cranky older woman with blonde hair and all the charm of a frozen ball of ice is back. We were first in line today, and she really hates when customers come to the drive up window- let's face it, she just hates customers and people. The only time I have see N her smile was when she flirted with some man 10 years her junior.

Went for a physical. Had a scheduled appointment and showed up 3 minutes earlier than the time. Checking in was terrible and staff told us we were late. I informed them that I was not late and due to their online check in being ridiculous. Very rude staff will never be back.

I see so many negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my positive experience with the North Canton MinuteClinic. My daughter had a situation and needed to be seen on a Saturday, instead of waiting until Monday to see her Dr. Let me tell you, this MinuteClinic came in clutch! We got right in on a Saturday, she was seen quickly and efficiently, and everyone was super nice. Very nice nurse, very nice nurse practitioner (I believe his name was Jesse), and very nice service at the pharmacy. They saved me so much time in getting my daughter the treatment she needed, and I am ahead of the game thanks to them! If not for MinuteClinic, I would have had to wait until Monday to call her Dr, take time off work to take her in, and take another trip to get her prescription. MinuteClinic really saved the day for us and I appreciate everyone we saw that day for the excellent service we received!

We have a coupon for 30% off your order up to $100. We carefully selected vitamins and other items. Total was $170...clerk redeemed coupon....$10 discount. No explanation. We will buy our items at a different drug store.

CVS is one of those one-stop-shop stores that have what you need in health/personal care. Limited snack and grocery store items also.When traveling, you can quickly stop in and get what you need, and get back on the road.CVS has a great points/rewards program.

FYI if your prescriptions were transferred from Rite Aid to CVS and it is a scheduled substance it just becomes void and you have to call your doctor to get re meds refilled. Even though I did give permission to have my medication transferred to CVS. I was not informed of this either..

Absolutely the most rude and unhelpful manager and staff I’ve ever encountered. They only gave me half of what the doctor prescribed and then didn’t tell me the other meds were out of stock. Even though the doctor allowed substitutions they refused to honor it and told me they wouldn’t contact the doctors office and to try another pharmacy. The woman pharmacist was raising her voice and cutting me off and extremely rude and then the manager was even worse. Completely disrespectful and not helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for bandaids let alone prescriptions.

I do not recommend this location. I’ve had two bad experiences in the last week. I went in today and no pharmacist showed up to work so myself and several other customers could not get our prescriptions. When I asked if the pharmacy would open all 4 staff members became defensive and seemed very inconvenienced that people came to a pharmacy to get medication. Earlier in the week I also needed a wellness check for my insurance. I had voucher that stated I need the voucher and my ID to complete the process. Well the nurse cancelled my appointment as I was sitting in the room bc I didn’t have an insurance card. My wife went a day before and never had to show an insurance card. This place has wasted too much of my time this week.

I used there minute clinic for my TB TEST. My first visit was fine but when i went to get my TB test read the lady leslie Robson was so rude and did not want to here what i had say. She just wanted to argue. What happen to good customer service and hearing the customer out. I will be going to wellnow clinic for now on.

Scheduled a DOT physical and the only thing I was sent prior to was a pre checkin which I completed but when I arrived an older lady with shorter hair, told me I needed to come with paperwork from fmcsa printed out because they don’t give them out or have any. I asked if I could send it to her. She faked looked for it online, she told me to go to office max print it out and come back after lunch. She said she didn’t have enough time for me to fill out the short form and do my appointmentI guess she was ready to go to lunch instead of servicing me. Very inconvenient and for $119 CVS should have this on paperwork I am a driver so I can’t just move around freely. Will not shop here again.

Buyer beware!!! Prescription here $135.00, same med down the street $35.00 they r overcharging $100 on this med alone, called pharmacy, her exact words "each pharmacy can charge what they want" excuse me? This isnt regulated at all? Do your homework people and stay away from this unethical place!!! Unbelievable!!

Awful service. I called in this morning to get a prescription that I'm out of transferred from mail service. I was told it'd take a couple hours but they'd have it in. I come into the store and they hadn't even called. The gentleman attending the counter didn't have the slightest care in the world about it, barely even looked up from what he was doing.

I used to avoid this location like the plague. However, I will say the only bright spot is that their pharmacy tech Liana is a gem and should be given a raise. Each time I've been waited on by her, she is pleasant, professional, and helpful. I went last week when the new COVID booster became available. At first, she was having trouble getting my insurance to process it because it was so new, and it looked like I was going to waste a trip with no vaccine (I had a scheduled appointment). She kept working on it, and eventually managed to solve the problem. I was stunned. Most employees would NOT go the extra mile like this, especially in an industry where workers are burned out, dissatisfied, and overextended. She is awesome, and if she leaves, I will likely stop going here again.
