Easy to see why these reveiws are so bad related to the pharmacy.This CVS has a rude/obnoxious woman in pharmacy there who answered the phone and treated me like dirt and hung up. I had to call back and talk to the pharmacist to get the problem solved. The rude woman wouldn't listen and hung up on me. No concept of customer service. Go somewhere else.

I didn't see or experience any of the negative comments below. I experienced a minute clinic staff that cared about me and extremely helpful pharmacy technicians that saved me money on my meds! Scheduling was easy and check in was simple, highly recommend!! Went to another doctor the day before on Wise Ave and got blown off and told to eat sour candy to fix my mouth infection.....
I will continue to go to this place and support the staff that saved my daily functions❤️

The store is always clean and the staff is always willing to help. It's nice that there is a Minute Clinic as well, especially if you can't get to your primary care physician. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the Extra Care membership. Receiving a $10 credit for $5/month, as well as 20% off of CVS products, is a good deal.

The CVS team member went out of her way to show me the products that were available on the shelves for my purchase. It was very helpful for her to guide me to the right products that I needed. CVS is such a great place where I will buy all my medical products.

Bad news, NC, the *itch is back in the Pharmacy. After months and months of very courteous, friendly customer service in the pharmacy, the cranky older woman with blonde hair and all the charm of a frozen ball of ice is back. We were first in line today, and she really hates when customers come to the drive up window- let's face it, she just hates customers and people. The only time I have see N her smile was when she flirted with some man 10 years her junior.

TRASH. i made an appointment online. I received email saying my appointment is confirmed. I show up to sign in the appointment. It asks for a confirmation code which I never received. I enter in all my other information and it couldn’t find me. Can someone explain to me the point of making an appointment online when it doesn’t even work? I don’t have time to wait an hour.
Also, the pharmacy told me I had no refills. I open the rx they gave me that day and it says I have a refill left.

I called to refill a prescription. I was unable to hear what the person on the phone was saying because of background noise. So I clarified what was said and was then yelled at. I asked why this woman was yelling at me. She said you are questioning what I’m telling you and implying that I’m lying. She was irate! As in anger issues! I’ve never met or spoken to this person before and they are full on raging. She hung up on me! Don’t bother going to this location unless you want to deal with this kind of service!

Your employees are too busy making sure I wouldn’t steal before they even greeted me. Is this how you train your employees at the store to profile as soon as a person walks into the store. I definitely will not be returning

Went for a physical. Had a scheduled appointment and showed up 3 minutes earlier than the time. Checking in was terrible and staff told us we were late. I informed them that I was not late and due to their online check in being ridiculous. Very rude staff will never be back.

I see so many negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my positive experience with the North Canton MinuteClinic. My daughter had a situation and needed to be seen on a Saturday, instead of waiting until Monday to see her Dr. Let me tell you, this MinuteClinic came in clutch! We got right in on a Saturday, she was seen quickly and efficiently, and everyone was super nice. Very nice nurse, very nice nurse practitioner (I believe his name was Jesse), and very nice service at the pharmacy. They saved me so much time in getting my daughter the treatment she needed, and I am ahead of the game thanks to them! If not for MinuteClinic, I would have had to wait until Monday to call her Dr, take time off work to take her in, and take another trip to get her prescription. MinuteClinic really saved the day for us and I appreciate everyone we saw that day for the excellent service we received!

We have a coupon for 30% off your order up to $100. We carefully selected vitamins and other items. Total was $170...clerk redeemed coupon....$10 discount. No explanation. We will buy our items at a different drug store.

CVS is one of those one-stop-shop stores that have what you need in health/personal care. Limited snack and grocery store items also.When traveling, you can quickly stop in and get what you need, and get back on the road.CVS has a great points/rewards program.

FYI if your prescriptions were transferred from Rite Aid to CVS and it is a scheduled substance it just becomes void and you have to call your doctor to get re meds refilled. Even though I did give permission to have my medication transferred to CVS. I was not informed of this either..
