I have been Chase Customer since 1992 but level of customer service experienced today was pathetic.
Long wait to talk to customer service agents, and there are aren't enough people to attend.
Lot of folks on cash counters when most of work is done is online and less agents to meet customer needs.
Customer Service level has gone done dramatically from what it used be. Planning to switch to other bank where there is value to customers....

Chase in general is not great, this branch is terrible. Unhelpful, "that's the policy"- BUT not at other banks or even at other Chase branches. There are better banks- do not give this branch your business. I see other reviews along the same lines. Chase and this branch were not my choice- I am trying to help a disabled relative.

Came in to the bank to deposit some money into 2 different accounts. Donna H had a attitude because she had to count my money and fill out the deposit slips!!!

Awful customer service! Nicole and Stacie could use some training on how to close their lips and opening their hearing brains. I’m in the process of moving ALL my accounts after being a chase customer my whole life. Great job ladies!!

Chelsea Durant was our banker, who welcomed my husband and I to Chase earlier this month. She fit us right in (without an appointment) to open up multiple accounts and went above & beyond with her customer service. Chelsea went out of her way to help us newlyweds figure everything out and answered all of our questions, without hesitation. She even called us a couple weeks later to check in on us, verify that we got our new cards in the mail, and ensure that everything was working properly. Thank you Chelsea!!!

I had a smooth experience here. The banker was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions in a way that was both clear and concise. Everyone I saw was polite and professional.

I have banked at this branch for several years now. They have wonderful customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very patient helping me understand my account information. I would definitely recommend them.

The way this bank does business personally makes me sick. What they actually put people through, the back and forths, the lies, the lack of care for their clients. The bait and switch and what I mean is approving clients for loans telling them it’s about to close to back and forth dragging you around, wasting your time and taking your money. They say “you will be approved and get keys for this home on the 16th” If they say the 16th just know it’s going to be another month from that at least. Their bankers are uneducated and aren’t there for the client, there is an absolute lack of communication and they only call you when they are sending their client on an emotional roller coaster. The girl I knew before she went with chase for a loan, in the end it made her smarter, definitely knowing what bank to not go with. But she was covered in acne when she was done from the stress “emotional roller coaster” they put her through like it was some twisted game, not only that but she almost got in a wreck and was crying many times. She had no home, nowhere to live because she was approved and told she was moving in and getting the keys for sure, and contract signed. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this branch especially. Not a Chase customer, but a technician doing work at this branch. I've installed about 200 ATMs, all Chase, and this branch is by far the best I've been to. The employees are very helpful and patient, which is always helpful for what we do. I would recommend anyone to come give this branch a try, you won't regret it.

Horrible customer service for YEARS. Choose another location if you want to stick with Chase. The treatment I’ve gotten at this location has made me re-evaluate using Chase all together.

They told me I had to mail in my bonds to cash them in. I went to another Chase bank location and they were able to do it no problem. Seems like the tellers at the Main Street location don't want to put in any effort to do their jobs.
