“I ordered a large box of chocolates and did not realize it could take a week or more to be shipped from the facility. When I contacted Customer Service to request a carrier/tracking # the day before my event, they acted very quickly and were able to ship my chocolates overnight so that they could still arrive on time. (*Note that if you need items in less than a week, customer service recommends calling or noting this on your order. They do offer different shipping options over the phone.)
I am very pleased with the customer service provided and would use Waggoner Chocolates for future events/gifts. Thank you!”

“It was okay but nothing outstanding, however; from the time we arrived which was around 6PM until we left over a hour later, the was a constant long line (on a cool day). Perhaps I should give another try to see why it's so popular.”
“I love Malley’s! I have tried different types of chocolate and lots of different chocolate brands and this has always been my favorite. I love the milk chocolate and the dark chocolate.
They do have a pretty good selection of chocolates and I love to buy for family, friends and clients. The only reason I did not give five stars is because they are the highest priced compared to every other chocolate store that I have been at & their prices have increased. If their prices were the same as everyone else I would give five stars, no doubt.
I do understand The cost of business and the cost of everything has increased, which makes it hard on all business owners and consumers.”
