I love this jewelry store. It’s beautiful, full of gorgeous jewelry and both proprietors are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Twice I have taken a beloved piece of jewelry to them and they have carefully determined how best to accomplish the repairs to it. They are also very patient in allowing me to go from case to case requesting info on various items and permitting me try on what I wish. I have been completely delighted by Biris Jewelers.

Great family business!! Always Great serivce !! This is the best jewelry store, John and Judy are the nicest people. They are very helpful and are very knowledgeable, They always have a great selection of things. I bought my wife's wedding set from their dad many years ago.

A PROUD THIEF IS MY First & last experience with the worst business I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with . My girlfriend took in roughly $400 in scrap gold she took in 1881 sterling heart pillbox at scrap value which is not what they put in their advertisement they don’t buy your precious gems they don’t wanna hear anything other than profit they do not care about the customer or how much they’re taking advantage of someone she was given $65 because she didn’t know any better there were real amethyst gems quarter carat diamonds antique sterling silver 14 karat gold and she gave her $65 dollars so we asked to return the check that they gave and return my property she wants cash so to cash the check waste more time drive back other than her simply canceling the check and returning the property She Took full advantage of my girlfriend not knowing anything and it’s so petty that she wouldn’t even hold the jewelry for two weeks until the check didn’t clear so she thought we were trying to scam her when she could’ve simply canceled the check and return the property that she robbed us for pennies on the dollar I will be reviewing this place once a week for the next year so no one else waste their time being taken advantage of and robbed from this terrible Business And I can only speak for the lady I spoke with I don’t know any of the other staff or owners I don’t even know this lady’s name I just know that she should have nothing to do With people or customers or anybody expecting to be treated fairly

John and Judy are beyond wonderful! They are patient, kind and helpful in every way! They always help us find what we need no matter the occasion or price and help us keep our jewelry clean, safe and taken care of. We were lucky to find such honest people to help us with our jewelry. And their dogs are adorable :)

I just got of the phone with this store. My fiance purchased my engagement ring online (lab diamond) and I was looking for a local jeweler that would tighten the prongs, clean/check on my ring over time. I was also looking to purchase wedding bands here. The representative I spoke to told me they would not repair. Guess I will not be doing business here. Very disappointed as my family has been going here for years.

I had to get my wedding ring sized up and they did an excellent job! You can’t tell they were altered at all and they look brand new. I also loved how quick everything was!

I was on my way to Nick Changet’s when I spotted this little gem. I am so glad I stopped! What a breathtaking selection of gold, diamonds, and emeralds. Ran by knowledgeable and helpful owners with a keen eye for the truly beautiful, eye catching pieces. They also make their own jewelry. Thank you for all your help, Judy!
