Best buy is always an amazing place to shop. They have pretty much everything you can think of. We recently bought a gaming computer for my son's 12th birthday. It was easy with no hassle and setting in up was plug and play! Best buy rulz!

Computer department staff are not knowledgeable or helpful. Given the wrong products even when bringing the exact model I needed to replace into the store. Pretty sure the lady working didn’t even look at what I brought and just handed me a 65w universal charger. I needed 120w. They don’t sell that. Instead of doing her job and telling me she gave me a product that could literally BREAK MY LAP TOP if I plugged it in. This has derailed a day of work for my business at least, cost me money, lost time, and has quickly gone from a small manageable problem to a nightmare situation. Train your staff to understand the products they are selling before they break someone’s expensive products with their lack of knowledge. Even a teen working a summer job knows to read what they are handed before just going oh yea this will work. So beyond angry.
