Paige is amazing! She listens and transforms my hair into what I envision at every visit! The salon is clean, the people are nice and the hair wash station is comfortable (sometimes it’s the little things). I love leaving feeling beautiful!

I love the energy here and how Abby goes above and beyond for all of her clients. She truly cares. I haven't had haircuts and coloring this good in a long time (ask for a French cut). The other hair stylists and customers are friendly too. It's hard to find a salon that offers such great services and makes everyone feel welcome!

My last French haircut with Abby was literally the best haircut I’ve ever received. I get so many compliments on the style. Ashley went above and beyond my request to give my curls life again! She enjoys what she does and it shows! Her knowledge and love for her job allows her to give her clients what they want! Ashley is an amazing Ouidad certified specialist. She cut my hair, my daughter and my niece. She went out of her way to accommodate us as we wear a hijab (headscarf) and needed privacy for our cuts. We drove 3hours all the way from Michigan just for Ashley and it was worth every minute. She is kind, takes her time, details all the products and made modifications based on our hair texture. I will definitely be back! So happy with the results. the salon is clean and super cute.Service: Curly hair

I got the balayage and hair cut with Ashley and she is the best. I’ve been going to her for years, and have been happy with what I leave with each time. She's very friendly, personable, and professional. She's certified in many different techniques, and loves learning new things. I always look forward to our appointments ❤

My hair is terrible. The young lady (who appears to lack experience) performed a root touch up. I am new to town and took the first girl available. She was nice but she didn't seem to care that she turned my roots almost black and to make matters worst she put this darker hair color throughout my hair (uneven) which I never asked for. My highlight I had a couple of months ago is ruined. It looks like a kid colored my hair with black hair die and the rest of my hair is blondish. Not a good look. She did not ask me how I liked my hair, but sent me an email and I stated the roots were way too dark and it didn't blend at all. She just made an excuse why the hair turned out darker and stated if I pay more money for highlights it will blend better. I did not make a big deal when I was at the salon but when my family saw my hair they were outraged that I actually paid for this, and left a tip. Sorry lady but I will not be back. I wish I would have saw another artisit at the salon because their customers had good results.Service: Hair colouring

I had an appointment at the salon to get a haircut and balayage done. I got the French haircut and it turned out okay like any other haircut. I was not happy with my balayage service though because it wasn’t what I had asked for. I wanted brighter pieces around my face and ended up with a strip down the middle and banding throughout my hair. I contacted the salon and the stylist got me in to fix the problem but only ended up fixing around my face because she didn’t see the banding. We thought maybe it was just the lighting at my house but upon looking at it again in the car and my house this was not the case. When I scheduled my next appointment I was then contacted weeks later and told that she no longer was focusing on the technique needed to get my hair to the look I wanted and that she would like me to contact one of the other stylist to make an appointment. I was kind throughout the whole thing even with not liking my hair and I still rescheduled with her only to have her try to pass me off to another stylist. I normally would not leave a review but the whole situation is very frustrating and upsetting.Services: Balayage

I am new to town and made an appointment with a "new stylist". What a mistake that was. I just had my roots touched up, but now I have a color correction on my hands since the girl put almost black hair dye on my roots extending past my highlights. I just wanted the roots touched up and now my hair is uneven and nasty. I was nice to the girl even though she messed up my hair. When she sent an email asking about my service (which she didn't do while I was there) I told her the truth and she was unapologetic. She made an excuse that the product pulls darker. Not the reply I was looking for. She can keep my money but I will not be back like she suggested to get highlights and even it out. My hair is messed up enough.

My stylist was Ashley. The first take didn't go as planned but she redid it for free and I absolutely love how it turned out. She even had me back for a freestyle just to take pictures. I definitely recommend AW Salon to anybody who is looking for an amazing style, cut, or color job. I will definitely be going back for a touch-up when it's due.
